Friday August 8th ~Workshop Yoga~

Come stretch in the sun and then cool off in the pond or the stream afterwards! Location: The Pond
Friday August 8th ~Workshop 2 Making Medicinals~
4:00pm
A hands-on workshop where you will learn how to identify some immune-boosting and antibacterial wild medicinals (turkey tail mushroom, mullein leaf, usnea and elderberry). Learn how to best extract their beneficial properties and create your own custom tincture to take home. Meeting Place: The C overed Pavilion.

Come eat, talk and laugh! Bring something to throw on the grill or a side dish to share. Breaking bread is one of the best ways to connect. Some of our performing artists will be in town early and will be joining us for dinner! Let's share a meal together! Location: The Covered Pavilion
Friday August 8th Workshop 3 ~Drumming from the Heart~

Join "Johnny Coconuts" for an engaging tutorial on hand-drumming. Johnny has spent time abroad and mastered drumming in the West-African tradition. Come to drum, listen or dance! If you have your own drum bring it! Meeting Place: The Covered Pavilion.

Saturday August 9th ~Workshop 2 ~ Raising Rabbits from Kits to Kitchen~

Amanda from Lala and Justin's Homestead will be teaching an informative workshop on raising rabbits. Amanda has been raising rabbits for over 20 years. She's an expert in all things rabbit and will demonstrate what a simple and productive addition they are to any backyard homestead. She will take you through the whole process: kit to kitchen. Amanda is also a culinary queen creating everything from rabbit tacos to rabbit sausage. Come learn something new! Location: The Covered Pavilion

Paint-Your-Own with Dip Solutions! Commissioned recently for a mural in downtown Burlington and known for his one-of-a-kind live festival paintings, and bright and soulful artwork, he will guide you through making a masterpiece! Bring an item of clothing or a canvas! If you need an item for this workshop there will be plenty of free clothing and fabric available in the Community Tent by the main stage. Location: Dip Solutions Booth Main Field
